Flexible Screw Conveying

Flexible Screw Conveyors, as the name suggests, are an extremely flexible conveying solution suitable for a variety of products. Conveying is possible in any direction including horizontal, vertical, from one room to another through wall openings or routing around fixed obstacles and equipment.

Arcon supplies systems that are able to deal with a wide range of material particle sizes, bulk densities and flow properties. The rotating spiral action ensures material is constantly re-mixed, eliminating the risk of product segregation.

Depending on requirements, capacities of 100 - 40 000 kg/hour can be achieved, with maximum tube diameters of 196 x 222 mm available.
