Arcon supplies a range of Tablet Coating Systems ideal for aqueous, sugar, organic film and liquid film coating.

Depending on the product density, capacities of 2 - 650 kgs/batch are possible, with the vessels handling volumes of 9 - 930 litres/batch.

Designed and built in accordance with GMP standards, the exterior of the coating system is fabricated in stainless steel and offers an easy-to-clean solution for customers in the pharmaceuticals industry. A polished stainless steel coating pan within the machine assists the movement of tablets and ensures the coating process is efficient and hygienic.

In order to maximise drying efficiency, the Tablet Coating System has been designed with an effective air supply and exhaust structure. The patented spray gun auto-sliding arm has been designed for easy cleaning and quick nozzle replacement.
