Sleevemaster 750 Tunnel


The ShrinkMaster 750 recirculatory hot air tunnel is ideal used for medium and high speed Tamper Evident sleeve shrinking on products ranging from jars to large tubs. These tunnels can fully revert the sleeve without appreciably heating the product and are therefore suitable for chilled and frozen foods. They take up only 750 mm of line length, making them amongst the most compact recirculating tunnels available.

Sleevemaster 1500 Tunnel


The ShrinkMaster 1500 Model is especially useful for shrinking primary sleeves or sleeve labels and comprises of 16 fully adjustable nozzles that profile the heat requirements of a particular job. Digital close temperature control and good carcass insulation make this an efficient solution to shrinking sleeve label applications.

Sleevit HB



 
The Sleevit HB horizontal sleeve labelling applicator combines innovation with functionality to create a unique full body primary decoration sleeve applicator, which has the added benefit of incorporating a tamper evident feature.

Exceptional Sleevit technology has combined state of the art servo drive motors and PLC controlled logic, in a fully integrated, fully guarded system, for the application of a variety of products from 12mm to 15mm diameter range, with varying cut lengths up to 150mm.

Sleevemaster S2000 Steam Tunnel

 
The Sleevit S2000 Steam Tunnel is a cost effective steam shrink solutions, capable of shrinking from 20mm up to 100mm diameter at sleeve lengths from 20mm up to 300mm at speeds up to 200 products per minute.

Heating with steam reduces artwork distortion considerably, as the heat source is in intimate contact with the sleeve and shrinks all parts of the surface equally.
 
It also caters for a wider variety of container shapes including heavily “waisted” drinks containers, PET sleeves on PET bottles and the trend towards thinner sleeve materials. At the same time steam reduces the need to pre-heat glass and metal containers before sleeving.

Sleevemaster Plus


 

The SleeveMaster is capable of  sleeving products from 20mm up to 104mm diameter at sleeve lengths from 20mm up to 50mm at speeds reaching 300 products per minute.
 
The SleeveMaster comprises of two models; The BASIC range which is suitable for unprinted tamper evident sleeves at moderate speeds and the SleeveMaster+ range which includes power unwind and print registration options for high speed lines with printed sleeves.

Moisture Removal System




The Accraply Moisture Removal System is designed for in-line use to remove moisture from the exterior surface of containers. This system is easily incorporated into any Accraply shrink sleeve system and is essential where sleeve application may be impeded by residual moisture. It can also be used whenever post-steam tunnel drying is desirable. Because it is an independent module, this system can be installed on any new or existing line, pre- or post-fill, and will remove filler overspill or process condensation as required.

Modal VF350



The Accraply Shrink Sleeve Model VF350 is a vertically fed shrink sleeve label applicator designed for containers that are filled or empty; round, square, or oval; in glass, plastic, or metal. Sleeve materials made from PVC, PET/PETG, OPS, or PLA material can be run at thicknesses between 40 and 70 microns and applied to multi-shaped containers at speeds of up to 350 per minute, dependent upon the length of material to be applied.
 
The Model VF350 incorporates a patented fully-adjustable cutter assembly with low cost disposable blades that adjust from 30 mm up to 170 mm diameter, significantly reducing changeover time. It will accomodate material cut lengths from 30 mm to 300 mm with container diameters of 28 mm to168 mm and container heights up to 400 mm.
