LRC Cartoner

The LRC-400TM is a modular top load cartoner that allows for dramatic reductions in manufacturing costs.

Robotic systems offer quicker change-overs, increased flexibility and greater reliability than conventional carton loading. The LRC-400TM is robustly designed and provides high-payload capacity, improving overall ergonomics by reducing the physical strain of manual packaging.

TLC Cartoner

The TLC-60TM is a fully integrated top-load tray/carton loading system.

Integration of the tray/carton erector, load station and tray/carton sealer allow the tray/carton to be completely contained throughout the entire operation, resulting in optimal machine efficiency.

The TLC-60TM is able to process trays/cartons with minimum dimensions of 100 x 50 x 100 mm and maximum dimensions of 350 x 152 x 350 mm (l x w x d) at speeds of up to 60 cartons per minute.
